1. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Accounts and Sign‑In

You can create an account with email or supported providers (e.g., Google). Your use of Google Sign‑In is subject to Google’s terms and policies.

3. Content and Conduct

• You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to host and display it to provide the Service.
• Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Refunds, if any, are issued in accordance with our course policies and applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design and code, is owned by iCademy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reverse engineer the Service.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information, including when you sign in with Google.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Violating laws or others’ rights.
• Attempting to access accounts or data without authorization.
• Uploading malware, spam, or performing denial‑of‑service attacks.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to users or iCademy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iCademy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iCademy from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence where applicable, or otherwise the laws of the United Kingdom.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above.
